At B.E.M, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. As a limited-release streetwear brand, we prioritize quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout the fulfillment process.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after purchase.
During collection launches, limited drops, promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 3-15 business days
- International Orders: 7-21 business days
Please note that shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct before placing an order.
B.E.M is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the shipping information upon request.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has not been delivered or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately:

Our team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide updates whenever possible.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and their local carrier before contacting B.E.M.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged product
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.
B.E.M is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
