At B.E.M, every product is produced and fulfilled with care. Due to the limited nature of our collections and inventory management process, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product selection, sizing, shipping address, and payment information.

Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Orders

If you believe you have not received your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible:

  • A description of the issue

Our team will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide any available tracking information and assistance.

Refund Eligibility for Undelivered Orders

Refunds will only be considered in cases where it can be reasonably verified that an order was not delivered to the customer.

If an investigation confirms that the package was lost in transit or was not successfully delivered, B.E.M may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method; or
  • Provide a replacement item if inventory is available.

Refund requests based on delivery issues must be submitted within 15 days of the last tracking update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

B.E.M is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer-provided shipping information.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will review the claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting B.E.M to resolve an issue may delay or affect future purchases. We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can assist as quickly as possible.
